Very helpful staff. I required a sim card for my canadian cell phone. Definitely recommend this place if you are visiting from Canada you will save a small fortune getting a local Sim card instead of paying the exorbitant roaming fees from canadian carriers

Went here for a phone. The staff were helpful and it's good they sell phones unlocked but you have to spend £15 top up minimum. I am not with O2 and was only looking for a short term replacement for a lost phone until contact renewal soon so this would have been a significant proportion of the cost. Probably good if you're with O2. If not go elsewhere.

Good experience only 2 staff members as near closing time and they were already dealing with customers girl fixed my phone and was apologetic about the wait which was no problem phone working fine now
