Deplorable service from completely disinterted and downright rude member of staff who seemed completely and utterly unable (or unwilling) to adhere to even the most basic of social etiquette; reading online promotions when that was the one thing specifically asked not to do and then simply gawped at customer as if waiting for a response...to what I'm not sure as no actual customer service had been delivered. Left this store feeling utterly bewildered at what had taken place. Seemed almost as though a concerted effort was being made to avoid a sale being made. I felt uncomfortable and definitely made to feel that way. I'm not sure I've ever been made to feel so unwelcome and my custom so unwanted in any setting ever before. I still can't believe the gawping and vacantly staring waiting, I assume, for a response to an unasked question or...something.

Was in twice today firstly as my phone had broken an the guy I spoke to was very helpful an told me that I could take my phone to actually Samsung shop an that I could also up grade early in which o decided to go for second time I was in shop Kayleigh helped she was brilliant in talking me through phone options an helping me pick an set up my new contract well done guys the photo below is the phone I went with an couldn't be happier with

Eccellent visit to this store. I went there to enquire about an item of telecom equipment that I already own. The young woman that I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She didn't know that I was an O2 customer and didn't ask. The information she provided was clear and concise. She explained what I need to know and said to come back if I was still having difficulties. Well done O2.

I have used 02 since moving to Glasgow because their flexibility fits well with my schedule as I am often not in Glasgow. On Friday the 24th of November I went in to the store to do my usual top up except this time I asked to switch the 20 big bundle over to the 10. This I usually do as I am not alway using the credit for a full month as I am traveling abroad. Usually in the store thy get in contact with another team who approves the big bundle switch and that is the end of that. Although this time the employee assured me had already done it. Once leaving the store I started to use my phone and after a few hours it stopped working. I returned to the store on the following Monday to clear up why my phone had stopped working. I was then informed by another employee that the switch had never been done and that the 10 pounds had acted as credit and had been used up before the switch had been made, which her colleague had previously told me he had already done. She said a ten pound top up was more or less worthless and then agreed with me that it was a waste of money. I explained the situation to her and she responded with my two options. She recommended that either I top up another 20 pounds or change my number and start up a new SIM card for 10. She showed no understanding nor was she able to aid in any way even though it was their false assurance that had lead to the credit not being used.
I am genuinely disappointed!!!!
