My wife has had a pretty poor experience in the shop today. Messed around with appointments. Advised by staff different information. Either can or can't transfer data from damaged phone to new phone. Still don't know.Won't be back

The young Gentleman that served was very polite and most helpful. He explained all the questions we asked him about and anything that he could not sort he said that he would phone us as we had to go and discuss matters with another shop.He was true to his word in everything he said he would do.excellent young man .

I popped in briefly today for support and was welcomed warmly and received excellent advice from the team. Very much appreciated! O2 Customer Services on the phone were less helpful.

My daughter has Tesco mobile and I have O2. I called for help to the branch, how her Tesco mobile changed to O2. Tony clearly explained me what she has to do. We visited the branch during one hour and all was easy. Tony is really helpful, friendly and professional.

Staff here will soon be replaced with AI and it can?t come quick enough. Clearly these people have peaked in life and can?t be bothered to help customers? unless you want to spend money that is. Check out the o2 reviews on trip advisor before you enter into a deal.

Not shop?s fault but phone blocked, bill paid over 2 weeks ago, chat says phone 202, 202 automated says no arrears, then pay now. Website shows 17p credit. Twitter and messenger useless. Full day without calls on ONLY day off! Sent all texts, web snapshots etc of payments and payment ref number. Utter abuse on private twitter hence calling out the shops. Please explain this last conversation on your chat?So I checked that the bill has been paid and there are no arrears on the account, I would've been glad to help you remove the bars, the system will not let me to place the request. Even if I go ahead and try to place the request for you, the request will not go through as it would be rejected automatically by the system. Even if I couldn't place the request for you, our Payments Team can. You can just call our Payments Management Team and they'll make the necessary arrangements on the account so that you can pay the bill as per your convenience and use our services consistently?Except 202 takes me to an automated payment line and I OWE NOTHING ?????

Lack of interest when trying to sore replacement sim and ended up having to phone online to get it sorted which is adding more days onto getting new sim.

Came here for help with a sim card, as doing it over the phone was a complete waste of time as I wasn't able to understand what the man oin the call centre was saying.The girl in the shop was such a miserable girl, no smile or kind words. She asked questions and the answers I gave were not correct apparently that she locked my phone. She could do nothing to help and certainly didn't seem to care. I am 76 live alone and my son works away. I can't phone him or him me. He phoned to get a sim card sent out and they sent a 5G instead of 4G. Now waiting for another sim. My son has been with 02 for nearly 20 years and I am not far behind. If this is the best they can do for loyal customers it's about they give up. When our contracts end we will not be renewing with 02
