Went for an eye test today, staff were welcoming and friendly explained everything to me, all the tests they were carrying out and what they were for, afterwards helped me choose lovely glasses. Optical Express are always very good with customers and would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff and excellent service. The optician was elaborative about what tests she was carrying out and patient with me. The lady at the front desk described the options in terms of the prices and friendly. Overall an excellent team.
