Awful experience. Called myself to find out if my Glasses have arrived and was told yes. Made the long journey only to be told my spare glasses were ready!!!! Staff are clueless.

All the optometrists I saw were extremely helpful and talked me through all the tests in detail. Had the opportunity to ask any questions about anything I was unsure of and was treated with kindness and given great advice and help in choosing appropriate items.

I had a great experience in Optical Express St Enochs centre being served by Ashleigh. She was extremely helpful and patient whilst I picked out new sunglasses. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Great optical express. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. One of the staff members in particular, Ashley, was so lovely And really helpful, listened to what I needed and went over and above to make it happen!! Couldn?t recommend a better store!
