I loved this place for the comics and graphic novels they seem to be getting on a regular basis. They've recently become hugely overpriced for some strange reason though. You can get better deals on eBay! I mean, £24 for a barely alive second-hand Epic Collection? Nah. It's not like a charity shop anymore. (Lovely staff though.)

Expensive for a charity shop and now they want to dictate our language?!? Won't be giving money to this charity.

Brilliant bookshop, however some of the books are vastly over priced. I know that it is a charity shop, however the prices are ridiculous on most books

Nice shop, good books, pleasant staff, what's not to like?

Have really gone downhill in the last year. And have recently decided to double all their prices across the board! Haha they were already overpriced! Since the pandemic Oxfam have decided to gouge people for every penny they can get apparently.

This is a wonderful bookstore. Extremely well organized with a wide selection of books. The staff/volunteers are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Extremely disappointed with this shop. Books are overpriced compared to other charity bookshops. The staff are inexperienced and impolite and are desperate to kick out all customers at 6pm sharp. During my last visit which was near closing time, the manager shouted that customers have "two minutes thirty seconds to leave the shop", or they would otherwise get locked in for the night...Makes you feel completely unwelcome and unwilling to spend a penny there...

Great selection. Especially the medical section, can get some expensive textbooks for much less.

Fantastic selection of history, politics and fiction books. The trouble is always choosing which book to buy! Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Nice little bookstore. And you know the books you buy are second hand (environmentally friendly!) and they're going to a good cause.

Always worth popping your head in to see what's new. A wide and eclectic range of books stocked. If you'reâ?? a tourist, then there is also a good Glasgow/Scottish selection. I dare anybody not to leave without purchasing at least one item!
