    The service department has been terrible, faults with the car as soon as I drove out from buying. Took my car in 2 weeks ago to have faults looked at promised a call to arrange a date no call I have called on several occasions no return calls when messages are left, the last advisors attitude was awful and very intimidating.... read full comment

    Tried to charge me £120 +VAT for a broken door handle end cap.Waited four hours to be told that it wasn't covered under warranty and that I broke it intentionally.Not sure how someone can internationally break an end cap that's permanently fixed to the door?Anyways I refused to pay and went to Arnold Clark who fixed it... read full comment
