“I had a great shopping experience in store a few weeks ago! I was in to purchase from the Barbie range, and Grace was such a lovely assistant! She introduced me to a sugar scrub and provided a demonstration and explanation of the product which I loved and purchased! It's service like this that will definitely influence me to return into store!”

“There is a bald sales representative, I'm sorry I forgot your name, who has extensive knowledge about the perfumes. He explains the direction and smell of the perfumes and can suggest new perfumes based on what you like. I go to this shop just because of this one guy. He is also very cheerful and very pleasant to talk to.”

“they lovely warm welcoming owner of What NEW YORK WEARS, certainly encourages positive mental health and self awareness by informing size 14/16 customers that there dresses are Italina designs and are extremely small made all whilst looking me up and down in sheer disgust. my question was did she have a fitting room for me to try on an dress with an XL tag attached to it's! I'm sure the forge are overjoyed to hear this is how their customers are being treated. I suggest someone watches Pretty Woman and sees how detrimental things like this can be to someone!!! for someone with a previous history of eating disorders and ongoing mental health issues I'm disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated and I would appreciate some feedback! I hope noone ever treats this ladies daughter or grand daughters the way she degraded me!”

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, she knew everything about the products in the shop and helped us through with choosing the perfume. It was a good experience. We went just a little while before closing time so the shop wasn't crowded at all and we could take our time to shop.
