“Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff in store today for all their help and for answering our questions. In particular, a huge thank you to Daisy who showed excellent customer service in dealing with me (I was angry and upset following a really negative experience at the East Kilbride store). East Kilbride is local to me but I will not be returning there and will continue to come to Newton Mearns. We've always had good experiences with you but today really highlighted the difference in the quality of customer care and support. Thanks so much, Lorraine x”

“I get about a dozen rabbits from here over the course of the year. No questions asked. Their rabbit and guinea pig stock is usually of a good size and you can get them free in the adoption area, but they go like hot cakes.”

“The reason l didn't give a 5⭐is because, I had tea & a piece of Biscoff cheesecake & unfortunately the cheesecake looked so much nicer than it tasted. The cheesecake part was very grainy & to be honest didn't taste of much more than cheese, so needless to say l didn't eat it all! I'd like to think it was just a bad choice on my part & that all the other sweet treats were nice.I bought some plants that were in good condition, which was nice to see, because in some garden centres they can sometimes be very dry & in need a of a good water. The toilets were clean & well looked after. All in all a nice Dobbies to visit.”
