Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff in store today for all their help and for answering our questions. In particular, a huge thank you to Daisy who showed excellent customer service in dealing with me (I was angry and upset following a really negative experience at the East Kilbride store). East Kilbride is local to me but I will not be returning there and will continue to come to Newton Mearns. We've always had good experiences with you but today really highlighted the difference in the quality of customer care and support. Thanks so much, Lorraine x
