“Fantastic local pharmacy, which is always spotlessly clean and well stocked, and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.A huge thank you to the lovely pharmacist, who essentially saved my life by insisting I seek medical attention for what I'd just been brushing off as a flu or virus, and in actual fact turned out to be pneumonia. He obviously knew straight away I was not too well at all, and I only sought medical advice because of him. The consultant treating me said if I'd been any later seeking medical treatment, I would have been in an extremely bad way. So thank you so much, for all your professionalism, knowledge and support.”

“Very professional staff and the in store clinic nurse is very helpful and professional, providing good guidance on medical questions and very attentive to patient welfare, in particular I had booked a vaccination service which I didn't know at the time of booking, would have rendered me temporarily unsuitable to be around pregnant women and infants, as it was a live attenuated virus and not an inert vaccine, so I decided against the jab at the last minute with this information.Always best to think of patient and family welfare, very professional and helpful, am grateful for this high level of professionalism and attention to detailI feel guilty for wasting the nurses time from the busy schedule but am glad that I was able to make that choice to delay, based on good advice and diligent care from the nurse, as I have close contact with an individual trying for a family and wouldn't want to cause any unnecessary risk.Great branch of superdrug and I travel from the city centre to use this one because of this.Thank you”

“I came to this pharmacy to get some travel vaccines. I was extremly nervous due to the horrible experiences I had with the covid vaccines. However, from the first phone call to book an appointment to getting the vaccines it was all very positive. I took my brother with me for support. The pharmacist who did the vaccines was super friendly and chatty which immediately calmed my nerves. He explained well what vaccines I require and why and was super quick and gentle with the needle. Would highly recommend.”
