Nice and patient staff, however, one day I went at 5 it was already closed even it should be closed at 5:30pm!!!another time , the stuff was on the phone and serving me at the same time. That was confusing I think.

Took an hour off work this morning to go and pick up a parcel which had been redirected. Arrived at opening time and it was still closed. Five minutes later the shutters go up and a sign gets put on the door saying they are closed for stock check. No advance warning. No reopen time provided, just to go to the nearest post office which is no help to me.

Today the door was shut while a person was working in the back office. Some people were waiting outside, but no motivation was given for the extraordinary closure, and there was no information sign displayed on the door

It can be busy at times and with only one person serving it can be frustrating. On the other hand they always try to serve as fast as possible.

Guy working there not nice. Always closes earlier than he should plus when he's too tired or stressed or impatient to handle your requested service, such as card and cash payments, he'll say you can only pay by cash. I went to another post office and got exactly what I needed.
Very bad customer service. I don't think I will use that post office again.

Place looks nice, customer service is fine, but working hours are a joke. It should close 5.30pm, but almost everyday it closes 15-20 min earlier. If you want to send/collect smth after work forget about it.

I wouldn't return any items at this post office. Automatically charge you the most expensive option, almost cost me £9 to return a dress that only cost £30. He doesn't ask if you want it recorded, 1st or 2nd just goes a head with most expensive

Worked through my lunch hour at work today so I could get away early to pick up my parcels at this post office. The man was shutting up almost fifteen minutes early. I ran towards him and he looked at me and shrugged and brought the shutters down then walked away. Just something I'd personally never do if I was in charge of a Post Office branch but heyyyyy 🙈🙈🙈
