Great wee post office. The only one I?ve never had to stand in a queue for. Kind and helpful staff. Selection of parcel accessories and postal items to buy as well has greetings cards.

I have never been in a post office where the staff are as friendly as they are here. Always happy to help. I used to dread having to use the royal mail but now frequently use this post office because the people there are so easy to deal with.

I stay in swinton, Baillieston and this is one of the best post offices I?ve been to, good customer service and friendly staff. Quick transactions.

Has this post office shut down? Been round twice to collect mail and found the shutters down and no sign to advise customers of closure. Likewise, royal mail website shows no change to opening hours. Please let the public know what's happening!

Right good wee Post Office, always well-staffed and not too much random rubbish for sale. Some silly toys but they have a good selection of packaging materials. Staff are friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Get to know you pretty quickly if you're in and out often. They also have an ATM on the front, on Baillieston Main Street, which is accessible even when they are closed. (Most Post Offices I know of have one inside, rendering it inaccessible at odd hours.) Located right next to Lidl and across from the library, so very handy overall.

I use this post office on a regular basis. The staff are all friendly and know their jobs. They offer a variety of services, post (obviously), banking facilities, paying most bills, collecting benefits and pensions, posting parcels, exchanging currency and they sell cards and stationery. There is also a TV monitor which shows adverts for local businesses which can be useful. I have noticed that the staff are patient with difficult customers and are on hand to help the elderly if they have any problems. The entrance has no stairs which is good for disabled customers although parking can be an issue as it is located on a busy main street. However, Lidl is not far away and cars can be parked in their car park. They have recently installed a cash point machine for the convenience of customers.
