Shop keeper was unwilling on helping me out, I got a DPD delivery that was redirected in store. I didn’t receive a scan code in the email only a text message, and the alternative way was to collect the parcel was through enter the parcel number into their system and she messed about and threatened to return my parcel... read full comment
