Amazing manager!Claire was exceptionally helpful! Even when I was at the Livingston store she went above and beyond to help me out over the phone. Would choose this store over any other QUIZ.

I went here on Sunday to buy a dress for a night out. It was the Buchanan galleries store. The staff were amazing. They were all so helpful with accessory suggestions and great comments. Also sizing and tips. Even getting me the next size when needed. None of it felt like they were pushing for sales, just very genuine people. I will defo be back. Great service from Claire, Amna and Shannon.

Quite a big store this one quiz is. There is another in st enoch as well, but this one has great collection.This is in the upper ground floor of buchanan galleries, more towards john lewis side.Just near lego and swarovski showroom.During sale you can get a great deal.Staff are cool and helping.

Ordered a dress online and had this delivered to the store. Dress had a fault and the store staff were very nice and helpful in exchanging this for another dress with no faults. Very friendly and helpful staff - will definitely be back

Dont bother buying online from quiz. It takes them bloody a month or even more to refund you.You need to chase them up everyday and all they say it's that they need to look up more in to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Every shop refund you money automatically but clearly the guys aren't trained enough to know what they are doing . I've been waiting for 1 month now to have my refund back and still nothing.Its bloody shocking.Hate the way you treating customer
