Staff were absolutely brilliant, correctly advised me on size for the wife's Christmas as she wanted the big jacket with the fur round the hood, the lady was kind enough to advise me about them being a snug fit and get a single size larger as she would be wearing her work uniform under it very early in the morning ????... read full comment

Lovely staff make you feel as welcome as if they saw you last week. The prices are reasonable and the bags and jewellery are lovely.
