Paid £25 for a wash and a valet - I don?t think the inside has even been cleaned, awful. Staff are rude and literally wouldn?t speak after raising concerns.

1 of the bays wasn't working so there was a bit of a queue, the pressure washer isn't strong enough to remove dirt. My car was still dirty after £5 worth of spray time. Might be back if they invest in some better equipment.

Used to come here lots with my vehicles. Sadly won?t be doing that anymore.Prises have sky rocketed to an unacceptable rate just for a basic wash.

49.99 for an artic wash. I'd have been better going through a big puddle... waste of time. The guy who did it was very pleasant and professional but the place lacks attention detail. Won't be back

The guys here are so helpful and friendly. Got locked out my car and they went out they're way to help. Peter spent hours helping me, even got Jim to run me home until a locksmith could come. Absolute Gems.

Bit pricey! It's good they cover with a plastic cover the back wiper, but not the front ones.

Shocking customer service!I visited yesterday for mini valet, I called ahead and was told they were not busy, but by the time I arrived they were doing a mini valet which is fine, I asked what time I could come back and was advised they dont take bookings, fair enough although I have been given a time in the past.I asked if shampoo could be done(clearly car wash as I am in a car wash)David, who informed me that he is the manager, said 'I think your in the wrong place love' we have never done shampoos! I pointed to the board with prices! his answer that is car wash.Very sarcastic and clearly pushes customers away.I live locally and use this place on a regular basis. I told him his attitude stinks. whoever owns this place should spend some time with staff training as satisfied customers mean repeat business. I will not be back

Mainly went for the chassi wash after coming back from Fort william as there was so much salt on the road, however the machine did a decent job of cleaning the car too. Man at the desk was friendly aswell.

Very sloppy work done on my car. Plenty of dust and dirt was left on the car after "wash and clean" was done. Not quite sure how the car can still be dirty when it was meant to be put through a car wash machine. Really disappointed, avoid the place.Inside of the car was decently cleaned, nothing special.

I had my Honda Jazz washed and valeted today, 10 May 2022, and it is looking great.I have used this Company quite a few times now, and I have always been delighted with the result.VERY GOOD value for money.!Services: Vacuuming

I work 6 days a week during the week until 5 pm I came at 5 pm on a week day and was told that I couldn't get a mini valet but was assured that if I came along on a Saturday before 4.30 I'd get my mini valet I finish at 330 on a Saturday so went straight along which takes roughly 5 minutes to be met by two chaps standing in the office doing nothing apart from telling me that there weren't doing valets I told them that I'd been assured I could get a valet at this time but they just point blank refusedI suggest you employ some staff that are willing to work as the two you had on Saturday Nov 19th will certainly be costing your business moneyIf I could give zero stars I would

The place looks run down and grotty, how the soft cloths are meant to clean your car when they are so black and FULL of dirt you can just make out the blue colour they are meant to be. I hate to image the damage they are doing to paint work
