staff asked my mom for personal details including address and dob, before giving a rate for money exchange. she refused to continue with purchase but was told her details could not be removed from the system. the rate was bad compared to post office just next door.

Popped in today to change money into dollars for my daughters trip the young man who served us was so helpful and friendly money was exchanged within minutes and we hadn’t pre-ordered as I found out today they always carry dollars and euros . Will definitely use again.
