Ordered shower wallboards at the end of April , delivered for free at a date to suit me in March. The quality of the product was exceptional & the customer service was excellent. Started our shower room mid April & realised that we would be 1 board short. Phoned Rearo & new board being delivered the next week, with no charge. Great , very friendly service. Thank you for a great experience

Fantastic customer service! I was in a hurry for a kitchen splashback and from finding the perfect colour at the showroom the splashback was delivered within 48 hrs and I even had a call on the day to give me a delivery time slot.

Always a great service.. customers love the showroom.Pickup and the delivery service are both trade/ customer friendly.Stock levels on the website not always up to date, but staff are very responsive so checking is easy.

I bought the Hipster Carbon marble kitchen worktop and Im very impressed with the high quality of the product (for very reasonable price). The delivery was very fast and the customer service was also very friendly and efficient. Will be buying again in the future when I renovate my bathroom. Thank you guys! ?

Very disappointed with the lack of instructions, there was no drawings with dimensions or fitting instructions only a very vague drawing with the doors which looked like it had been photocopied thousands of times because it was that thick you could hardly read it!

I spent around 20 minutes in the showroom and not one person acknowledged me, so I went around the corner and spent £743 on wallboards.They much be a rich company that they can afford to ignore people.Just saying!!!
