As soon as you walk into this place you feel no sense of care from the staff which is very rare in a Pharmacy you need to wait about 15-20 mins to get served while the girl at the counter just ignored me and the queue because she was too busy catching up with her pal. The staff are rude and immature who don?t know what customer service is. Think I?ll stick to the other pharmacies in the area from now on.

Wouldn't rate them at all but need to give one star just to post this. Rowlands are the worst off all the pharmacy's, what's the point of having a delivery service if thr going to let an elderly dementia patient down at the weekend ??

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Courteous, efficient and professional. Some other people just stamp their feet and expect the rest of the world to pander to their bad behaviour.

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. Very unprofessional & incompetent. Waiting around 15 min to be served. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Worst service ever. The staff at reception have no idea what they are doing.No accountability of the service either. No matter how many times you explain to their senior staff. They would not even listen to your concerns.Overall Terrible!
