Wonderful pharmacists, were super useful and always helpful, after having some hardships with practices and getting my ongoing prescriptions in time, this pharmacy was the one who would be most helpful in my meds coming in time.

Been here four times since I moved locally and I?ve always felt like I?m an inconvenience to them.First time, I put in my prescription for my ADHD meds and was asked for ID which I didn?t have. I was then loudly told I couldn?t collect my meds unless I had any ID. I left the place mortified and went home to get my driving license.Second time I was told they couldn?t fulfil my whole prescription which was absolutely fine, and I was to collect them the following day. When I went to collect, I was asked for ID again which I had this time. I asked why they always want ID as I?ve never had this before in my old Cardonald and Aberdeen pharmacy. I was told it was because they ?don?t know? my face.I went again today, reluctantly. I had a confusing prescription so I said that I wasn?t too sure about it. I tried to explain that I was changing from a slow release, long lasting medicine to a quick release, short lasting medicine. I asked if I could speak to one of the pharmacists about it and I was told that I?d get to speak to someone.After waiting, the pharmacist came back with the medicine I didn?t want and told me they cancelled the one as they?d phoned my GP and they said that was their advice. Firstly, they spoke to the wrong GP (Dr Hay, not my doctor). Secondly, if they had come and spoke to me in the first place like I?d asked, they would have been able to seek advice based on accurate information. Finally, they had the audacity to ask me for ID again after causing a complete mess, and when I couldn?t provide any, they made my scan through my phone to see if my name was on any of my online banking. When I said I didn?t want the medication because it was wrong, they said I?d need to go back to the GP to get a new prescription because they?d cancelled the other one for me already??I had to go back to the GP and get a new prescription. Dr Hay, who they had spoken to, wrote me a new one after hearing the actual whole context. I was also advised to go to a different pharmacy.Rowlands. Stop being so abrupt and rude when you?ve got people coming into your establishment. Not everyone is comfortable talking to people like you, ESPECIALLY when greeted with a terrible attitude every time. A little bit of personality at the front desk would make a huge difference.You seriously need to look at your reviews on here. They are disgustingly low, and you don?t seem to have made any effort to improve. So let me make it clear to you what needs changed:1 - Welcome people to the desk when they arrive. Don?t just give them a person at the desk who clearly doesn?t like there job.2 - Make sure you ask if the customer has anything else they want, before running off with their prescription.3 - If there is confusion, SPEAK to the customer before calling their GP on their behalf with half the information.4 - Stop yelling peoples information when there?s a packed pharmacy.

Took my father into this pharmacy, who suffers from serve mental health, the lovely pharmacist dealt with me and my father in a nice & understand manner, made me and my father feel very comfortable. This will now be my only pharmacy we use :)

Been using this chemist for the past 4 & a bit years & wouldn?t go anywhere else the staff are always friendly & the pharmacist is always happy to help if I have any questions or query?s about my partners prescriptions, my partner has a few long term mental health conditions so I hugely appreciate the help & support offered to us both.

Absolutely appauling customer service and waiting time and don?t even look at their prices ??. Asked prior to handing in prescription if there was a long wait and was told no. I was the only person in at this point so trusted them. After 20 mins I got my prescription which was packets from the shelf. Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Now I can see why the reviews are so bad. Gave it one star but didn?t want to give any!!

I rather prefer to consult this pharmacy before contacting GP. Every time I visited for my son aged 4 year medical problems they have given me correct medicine.

The worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my entire life. Through a year not a single prescription was given correctly and on time. The staff consistently stands around at the back and the service is non-existent. An average take-away provides a better service that this.

Took my number for text messages when my prescription arrives, The GP said they sent it a week ago and now I am short till Monday (today?s Saturday). The people inside look like they do not want to work there. The text system is a fraud and your practices are a shame to the community.
