Total disgrace royal mail lost my parcel 5 weeks ago got a card through the door on 2nd Oct saying I had to pay postage done that and still no parcel and 1 hrs waiting time on a mobile to speak to someone raging

They never deliver on time or even attempt to deliver your package but select the option that the address was inaccesible which is not true. They don't update the tracker, I was supposed to get my package on Saturday and I won't get it until Tuesday. That if I am lucky enough. Pretty bad service.

The staff in here are always cheery. Even during lockdown they were helpful and calm. I also love the fact I can just walk 7 minutes to pick up my parcels ?

Walked in and took my Mobile out pocket and dropped five pounds from pocket just as another customer who was leaving walked out. The woman behind the counter came out picked it up said someone dropped a fiver and took it and went back behind counter without even asking if mine or maybe previous persons. Talk about dishonest that money had I not pointed out was indeed my money would have disappeared and that's not including the lying postman who said tried to deliver package but nobody home so put card in door and that's a miricle because I was indeed in and no mystery card either.

Love my posty. Went to collect my parcel description of wrapping was spot on gave us a giggle. Made it easy for staff to identify which was mine.
