Services like the royal mail request that we all be polite and understanding to their staff, but their staff dont extend that service to their customers

Very help at the collections desk - the only negative here is outside the teams control as it's the opening hours which have been reduced to 9-2

It's the place you go to pick up mail from when you weren't in to receive it. Staff generally very helpful and cheery.

I'm here a lot for pick up s and drop offs. ALWAYS pleasant and helpful staff. Even during the holiday period when they are busy and the public are narky.Opening times are posted clearly outside.

Got up early to go to the sorting office to pick parcels that where not delivered whilst I was at home but 2 cards put through my door, only to find that the opening times published on the website and Google were not for this site as it's closed. Also, there are no notices on the window saying when they'll re-open so I've edited the hours for today to show closed.
