The new opening hours are abysmal. They?ve lost three parcels in recent months, claiming they?ve been returned to sender but with the items not arriving either with me or the poster. One item was later tracked down as being sold at auction in Belfast, the depot saying if items aren?t collected within 3 weeks and there?s no obvious return address they get sent to Northern Ireland to be sold off. I hadn?t even had a card through the door to tell me that one was being held, it was only when I was asked by the sender if I had liked the gift that I became aware. Spoke to central customer service and was told there is no recourse and no way to claim the item or any value. Whatever is going on with the changes that have been made, the postal service feels like it is no longer fit for purpose.

Staff always pleasant and helpful, but the new opening hours are difficult. Was a surprise about the changes8am - 10am, other than Sat 12pm is not viable for most people during the week. Presumably to do with continuing issues with PO issues/ strikes etc? PO trying to cut back/ get rid of these depos? by limiting the hours they operate it drives down their footfall. The PO then use the heavily decreased footfall to justify the closure and removal of jobs as its ?proof? customers don?t want CSP?s anymoreAfter recent PO debacles in the news, comes as no surprise

Total nightmare.8-10am so impossible to pick up a parcel.They do not even attempt to deliver but send a ?address inaccessible? email and then the mail man puts a card through the door the next day? With the previous days date on it as if the delivery driver put it through?The staff at the depot are extremely cheeky which doesn?t help matters.It?s really difficult to actually complain too unless you phone customer services, as there?s no option for delivery complaints on app or website? Even on complaints link it just takes you to an FAQ page.

They definitely turned up to deliver the parcel but didn't ring the bell so parcel was not delivered and had to pick up at the nearest pick-up point but apart from that? No problems with the service!????

It takes longer for a package to get to Scotland from China than it takes R.M. to deliver it 1/2 a mile from the sorting office to my door. Shambolic.

Need a rename as there is nothing customer service about those new opening hours! Staff are lovely and helpful but these new hours are ridiculous and will just put more pressure on staff who are already suffering with cuts.

Asked for redelivery, my item was sent to a random post office in a different post code. Asked for redelivery with another item, and they didn't bother at all. The man that works the desk is also incredibly rude.

The staff were incredibly efficient and polite, understanding of my frustration as I'd been unaware of the change in opening times and had been required to come back to the office. The space is heavily cramped but regardless of that I do believe its a service worth keeping.

The delivery guy rang the building bell(0.5 sec length) at 7am on Saturday morning and IMMEDIATELY left, leaving NOTHING but our disappointment. As guided on their webpage they?d automatically delivered it the next working day but now 3 days have passed still nothing!!!! Even their group office can?t get in contact with them! Wow!

I didn't go in to the post office so can't speak for the service but the hours are wrong, from 10th of July its now 8am-10am every day, maybe longer on Saturdays but not sure.

The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell just left a red card. I was in the flat at the time they arrived because I saw their van pulling away through our window. The package was time sensitive so I'm quite put out. I can see from other reviews that this is a regular occurrence. not happy.(honestly it's harder to write the red card then it is to just press the doorbell)

Twice in the last week have received delivery notifications and both times although a post office van has been parked in the road no delivery. Website not updated with a correct phone number and hours of opening (for Easter) not updated. Do I stay in expecting delivery to 4pm or has the office closed at 12. No way to contact anyone and find information. No update received on royal mail app. Very poor service
