witnessed shockingly poor customer service towards someone who popped in to buy a quick bottle of wine whilst walking a young puppy who couldn't be left aloneperson behind counter dourly went "no dogs aloud" wouldn't budge when asked for a Cotes du Rhone and badmouthed the customer after they leftas a former Sainsbury's employee it raised so many red flags, but no doubt the Tesco up the road enjoyed the sale of a premium red

Love the essentials and service! Staff are nice! Varied type stuff of groceries that are perfect for the weekend! Don?t love the radge that sits outside and hurls misogynistic insults at women. He seems to have moved to Greggs though, so maybe the glory days are just beginning. Tremendous stuff.

Ok now I usually like shopping here, admittedly times are scary at present but found the attitude of some members of staff to be downright rude and offensive. Social distancing is something we should all adhere to but for a staff member to come into your personal space and tell you to step back .... without a please ... is in my book downright rude. Especially as he had the look of disdain on his face.... I can appreciate that some workers dont want to be there but honestly I wouldn't be in the shop if not necessary, no I didn't stock up and yes I do need to eat. Shop staff are doing a hard job in these trying times but please remember most of your customers are as stressed out as yourselves.
