At "the point", Hamiltonhill.Sh!+!!! Went to buy some fence paint on offer at reduced price.Met at the counter by Brennan a sub normal Scrwefix automaton. Branch manager no less.Tried to sell me expensive paint I didn't ask for...different brand etc.Then he said Screwfix didn't stock the paint their Web page detailed as on offer plus in stock?!!?Suggested I go to B&Q as there would be more stock there...C'ya Brennan.I left perplexed frustrated and angry as I had wasted my time going to Screwfix when tempted by an offer they couldn't fulfill and/or had no intention of providing.Back craic Screwfix, never again.?

Nothing much to add for Screwfix. I order online for store pickup and haven't had an issue so far. Store interior is sparse, but staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
