Staff are always really friendly and helpful, everyone seems happy, it creates a nice enviroment. Yeah its screwfix and your only in for 5 minutes picking stuff up but it makes a difference if people are happy! Also prices are really good!

Screwfix is a Screwfix there all the same. No issues with this one. Friendly staff most items I've had to get have been in stock. Can't complain, nice quick service too!

Orders a kitchen tap, told it would be in 24hrs no txt after that period to let me know it was in ,so went up anyway. Was informed it might have been in a damaged box sent back to warehouse 3 days later still waiting

I have never been a fan of screwfix but the cumbernauld branch really is the pits , everytime I have had to use them (through necessity not choice) the staff are surly I dont expect them to be my pal but I do expect professionalism and I don't expect to have to announce my name, address, postcode and email address to everyone in the store evertime I want to buy something , it is as if they are doing you a favour serving you , tonight was the last straw didn't have it in stock despite website saying they had 2, changed to a similar item had to go through same questions again, I refused to give my email address again as well as all the other information which I did repeat, sales person says do you want it or not I asked do you want to sell it or not at this point male assistant gives me his best Paddington stare which was about as intimidating as a litter of puppies, I decided to walk the 25 metres to toolstation and got what I needed hassle free with ease and very personable staff. I don't see the need to treat customers like this whilst broadcasting where I live and my personal details , oh well plenty of other people out there who want my money .
