“Have had fab customer service from Timpson in Silverburn. Got my husbands fob on his car key replaced a couple of weeks ago. Guy in shop said they can't guarantee if it would work but it's worked perfectly. Just got 2 watch batteries replaced today, ready very quickly and got lifetime guarantee with them. Friendly customer service!”

“Was in to get links taken out of two watches that were slightly more difficult than a normal push pin. Bailey was fantastic and spent the time sorting out both and ensuring sizing felt right. He was very personable, having some chat whilst he worked on them and his customer service was exceptional. Have also used this same branch for dry cleaning many times and rarely had any issues.”
