I was looking forward to receiving my item but sadly a very poor experience. I placed the order in early December and have still not received! I had to chase up a couple of times. I was told that they were sending another out but this never arrived either. I?m not convinced anything was ever sent. I have now been given a refund, but I had to ask for this.
