My mother, a pensioner ordered and paid for in FULL on 16 September 2023 for a lounge suit.Absolutely terrible delivery and service, a number of follow up calls blaming the delivery people.Promised 4 to 6 week delivery...... where are we now?10 weeks and counting, unbelievable.

Got a 3+2 seater from these guys. Good service. Delivery charge was far too expensive in my opinion, especially because the delivery men were very poorly presented and didn?t take good care of our couch- needed a good clean!Having said that, the overall quality of the couches was really good at a VERY good price.Perhaps lower delivery prices or improve delivery service to match the price and it would be 5 stars!
