I DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH! I went there with my 14-months baby. To get to the lifts, you need to climb up about 5 - 6 stairs steps, which does not make any sense if you need the lift to take a 14-months baby in pram. They have removable platform for wheelchair to take you over the steps, but when I tried to use it, the security lady shouted on me very rudely saying I can not use it to take my baby with the pram to the lift!!

The worst experience that I have, I bough a coat couple days ago I just returned it but they didn't give me back my money the just give me a voucher which I only can use it in Sports Direct. That's embarrassing

The worst experience i have ever had in all shops, because they didn?t refund the money from things i been bought but gave me the receipt with balance not my money back?Won?t suggest you to buy something if you not sure in things you bought.

Tried to purchase two under armour tracksuit and two pair of trainers,waited 20min at the trainers section with no staff about, a young guy came of off one of the doors at the trainer section and said to me he doesn't work on thr floor so I dropped my stuff and left. Actually a joke of a store

I had a very bad experience.A salesgirl on the first floor was extremely rude to us, when I was returning a sweatshirt to where it belonged, she was telling us to get out of the store and threatened to call security on us.

I bought an umbrella, and i wanted to get it back after 5 mins, but they refused, although the umbrella in the same condition, and i had the receipt. Don't buy from them if you are not sure of the object.

Never going to step into this store or any of their shop. One of the sales person and the Manager I had dealt with were in October '22 were disgraceful to their profession selling me a Nike Air display set and denying a return. On the day of purchase I had explicitly asked sales person to send a new item to the billing but I was sold same display item. On returning in few days they refused it as used. I tried explaining the lightly soiled bottom was from a lot of customers before me wearing and trying the pair within their shop. The manager showed me the door. Their customer service is total farce. I had emailed them in the form in their site with all the proofs and describing everything. I didn't even received response except an acknowledgement. Totally disappointment. I never endorse this shop to anyone. I couldn't give them a 'negative 5 *' ratng hence giving 1 star. They deserve nothing more than this.

Didn't buy anything but TONS OF OPTIONS available from almost all brands.A total of 3-4 floors and all of them had different items.I am not too knowledgeable about active wares, training shoes, etc. but I think they were all cheap.Ground floor had the cheapest deals of active wear.

Very nice store with many brands and options, the changing room was very weird though, it locks out every time you step out of it and then needs a key to open it again, very inconvenient.

On 21/06/23 I purchased two pairs of shoes from this Glasgow store, one for me and one for my partner. After only a few days my pair caused blisters on my toes and back of feet, which no other shoes have done to me and despite them being the correct size. I am in a lot of pain from this and just went to the Glasgow branch and I was greeted to a very unwelcome and snappy response from the manager of the Argyle Street branch. He said they have been worn outside and cannot be refunded or have a credit note. I was quite upset at this as I spent a lot on these and I am a long time customer. I wore them for about 5 days overall and thoroughly cleaned them front and back. They are certainly in saleable condition and in their original packaging. I don?t believe such arrogance should be permitted in the workplace, honestly this store?s policy just seems like a con.

Store has some great products but the changing rooms are not fully enclosed so I refuse to try anything on in here. The problem with that is you can't get your money back if it doesn't fit when you try it on at home. You only get a credit note or size exchange. Losing customers by doing this!!!

Went in to Sport Direct in Argyll Street today at 12pm. Ten minutes after arriving found someone to assist. Had picked 7 pairs of trainers various styles and brands. Assistant was not pleased when I asked for sizes on all. Explained that I was looking to purchase 3-4 pairs. Brought first pair, tried on and too tight. Looked at box and he had brought wrong size. He disappears and comes back 10 mins later with correct size. Worked through the first 3-4 styles with 2 pairs selected to go to checkout. Still 3-4 pairs to work through. Guy disappears. Forty minutes pass. Get hold of another assistant and ask where the guy went. He replies he didn't know so I ask if he went for lunch. He again said he didn't know. He then finished serving me and I ended up buying 3 pairs of trainers. On leaving saw the first guy back on floor. Obvious he had walked out for lunch as task was too difficult or he just couldn't be bothered to get off his proverbial and work. Shocking service from first guy. Cannot understand the attitude of some. I am over from Australia at present so not impressed.So had update today - 12 June. My complaint has been passed on to the store manager. Apparently no further updates can be provided due to data protection and colleague security. All I can assume from this is that nothing will happen. Must be the only time I have heard that no updates on a complaint can be provided due to the reasons provided. Guess people can read into this whatever way they like.
