Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the girl behind bar today in Starbucks Nelson Mandela Place.\\n\\nIn a moment of blissful serenity on a Sunday afternoon I approached the bar to collect my drink, as is normal, and very innocently and casually reached for a cardboard sleeve from the same location that I have lifted the sleeves from countless Starbucks stores over the last 18 years of my life.\\n\\nThankfully however, the staff member had instant reflexes and immediately snapped at me and patronised me for engaging in such a brazen attempt to inflict viral particles on all those present at the cafe that day.\\n\\nThanks to this staff member?s bravery today (and on many other days no doubt), I?m sure she is singlehandedly responsible for the saving of thousands of lives. ?

So the coffee, drinks and snacks were the same standard of \\\"it is what it is\\\" as you would expect from Starbucks. I dare you to have a request of something slightly out the norm... face the wrath of the manager. If she's not then she probably has an attitude problem that someone else got the job. Wow man, clearly the hospitality industry isn't suited to this far from delightful lady. Possibly she'd be better in the position of Concentration Camp Comnendant.\\n\\nGo, enjoy the delights that Starbucks are famed for. Just remember your headphones!

No gluten free snacks or sandwiches. I was told they have stop providing them for customers since the pandemic. This means I, as a coeliac, cannot be catered for. Even before the pandemic the gf range was very limited.

Your bog standard coffee shop, that has the homely feel of a dentists waiting room.\\nOften rather chili in here so always best take a hat scarf and your best face the North jacket.\\nThere is free WiFi and that's the only positive thing about this place.

Coffee good. Cakes not so good always dry. Visited this starbucks today 9.7.19 bout 315 PM coffee was ok. Service from staff terrible the Male server was borderline rude and the female making coffee looked like she didn't want to be there avoid this starbucks one round the corner much better

Normally a nice place to go but when you query a price that is on the price board but told a different price at the till, You most definitely do not expect to get surly staff telling you the till is always correct!!! Will use somewhere else from now on!

Went to this store yesterday, and if I could give negative stars I would. There was a tall slender man at the register who was so rude, that it surprised me. I told the man I wanted an iced coffee. He proceeded to pick up a small cup, then asked me what size. I told him venti. He rolled his eyes and slammed the small cup down and picked up the large. Then I didnâ??t hear what he asked but I thought he was repeating my order and I said yes. He apparently was asking what my boyfriend wanted and I had agreed that he wanted the same thing I wanted. He rolled his eyes and threw away the cup and then asked him what size. Did the EXACT same thing again, rolling his eyes and slamming down the cup. He then looked at his co-worker who giggled at his behavior. As a manager of another store, I donâ??t feel comfortable in letting this behavior go without addressing it. I plan on writing Starbucks corporate because this is uncalled for behavior. I left wondering why I was treated that way when there was no justification for it. I also asked for an iced drink and received a drink with no ice at all. If a person asks for an iced drink, a huge ingredient is ice the last time I checked.

The place feels like Antarctica. The have always the ventilation open all the time, it seems that they are doing it on purpose so customers will not stay long. But little did they know that when I was preparing to come here and study I brought with me a blanket, as I have been here three times before :) BTW this was the last one.
