Coffee was good, consistent with what I expect from the chain. The staff were friendly and efficient, getting my order out fast even during a busy morning rush. The place was clean and had plenty of seating options. Because it is such a popular location it is difficult to find a clean table, but that's more a fault of the popularity of the location and not a reflection on the staff.

What a lovely not planned visit at Buchanan Glasgow Starbucks . Quick service and really friendly staff. My daughter absolutely loved her upside-down lolypop chocolate on the stick :)Kid-friendliness: Staff definitely deserve tap on the shoulder for being so friendly with kids.:)

We stopped in to get our City Mug collection mugs and they were plentiful. There was plenty of seating and the order line moved quickly. The place had adequate space and was relatively clean. A great place to relax and people watch.Parking: This Starbucks is located in a pedestrian zone only.

Staff more concerned with chatting to friends and each other (mid order), serving area and surrounding area dirty, no cleaning been done for a while, music too loud - glad I'm taking out and not sitting in.Perfect example of why Starbucks is overpriced, over sugared and way over hyped.Picking up order for partner.

Food is good as usual. However, this location had the tables laid in a bad way, we were sitting so close to other people it was uncomfortable and awkward. Also, the guy taking my order was rude and I felt awful in there. Worst starbucks I've ever been in.

Less busy than other coffee shops so wandered in. Approaching the counter I placed my order, along with my name (as requested by Starbucks). After a lengthy wait I asked about my order. Staff appeared to suddenly acquire a defensive attitude and became rather feral with snapping and abrasive attitude. Rude, discourteous and had zero tolerance to ALL customers. Avoid!!Unless of course you want to take your chance at 'poking the bear'.

Kai, I?m sure his name was..Probably the worst human interaction I?ve ever had in customer service. Extremely rude, absolutely zero customer service skills, comical how unprofessional he was in a 45 second conversation to take an order which he got wrong btw. (Wouldn?t let me finish what I was trying to order) Kai if you just listen when taking an order and don?t lean over the counter disinterested giving attitude you might get the order right :)

Meh. Staff is totally overwhelmed in morning rush, not prepared at all for morning commuters. In 3 visits they managed to get my order wrong all 3 times.

I am customer this shop for long time , I know most of staff this shop very well, and they are so friendly , but today i notice , one lady with white hat shouting into one staff in this store, she was rude with colleagues, that because I have never back to this shop
