Girl with pink hair and a bad attitude refused to take vegan patty off a wrap because she ?couldn?t put it through? when I was prepared to pay the £5.49 for the vegan wrap minus the patty with an extra extra cheese add on which would of been about £7. I used this subway on a regular basis and have never felt intimidated and embarrassed by a member of staff before. Jobs worth!!!

I've started using this branch lately, staff are friendly, it's not busy anytime ive been. The type of people who come in are ok, not like some branches like one at central station, which seems to attract a range of aggressive, or drunk, or just generally loud and obnoxious people. . I'm sure this place has problems at weekends, but during week it's relaxing to chill out.

I get really sick of subway for one reason. Getting stale bread. Its like chewing on gravel, and when you ask for a fresh loaf instead of one thats been left on the side the staff often give you a dirty look for it.

I like the way Subway keeps inventing its 'mixes,' and that they have a very similar standard, wherever you go. Young staff, and they usually have a merry smile!
