On 23/04/2023, I visited here approximately 5 minutes before the official closing time. Despite the fact that there was still ample time to place an order, I was abruptly informed by the staff that they were closed and refused to serve me. I found this response to be both unreasonable and disrespectful.As a customer, I understand the importance of adhering to business hours and respecting the staff's time. However, I believe it is equally important for establishments to prioritize customer service and accommodate reasonable requests, especially when the closing time is still a few minutes away.The refusal to serve me, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the staff, left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Such treatment undermines the positive experiences I have come to expect from Subway, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of your brand.I strongly urge you to address this matter with the utmost urgency. It is imperative to reinforce the importance of providing courteous and accommodating service to customers, even during the final moments before closing time. This incident not only tarnishes the reputation of the specific location but also has a negative impact on the overall Subway brand image.

the meatballs sandwich was Disgusting and meatballs were old as they were rock solid like stone. Iteams were missing from meal deal. Drink and cookies.

I thought the first mess up a few months ago was a one off... so where to start. 2 footlong subs ordered, wrong bread, toppings mixed up on both, sauce mixed up on both and no cheese on either. Even though one of them was steak and cheese. Call the shop to be hung up on. This the worst subway in Glasgow hands down. Thankfully just eat refunded me, we also drove past to see if it was because they are busy. Nope, just staff horsing around. Mobile phones seem more important to be on than providing a service.

The staff member who served me looked half asleep. I asked for certain toppings on my footlong sub. She put three bits of pepper and 3 bits of onion on it - a footlong. Then when I asked for sauce I specifically said a little touch of sauce. She drowned the sub in the sauce to where it was pouring out the sides. I think I will go to another subway from now on.
