Second girl in assembly completely forgot to add thevrest of my wrap ingredients in. Ordered an Emperor wrap with no onions but ended up with a wrap filled with only chicken and no salad. Disappointing for the price

I placed an order through Just Eat. I received something completely different to what I ordered. When I called the store, the member of staff I spoke to was unhelpful and quite frankly rude. She even tried to place the blame on the delivery driver when it had absolutely nothing to do with them! This isn't the first time this has happened and therefore I will not be ordering from this branch again! Very disappointing!

Amazing food!! So excited to see that Subway have a gluten free option ? I went for the roast chicken 6 inch sub with salad and sauce and it was outstanding!The staff couldn?t have been more helpful with regards to allergies. Very happy customer ??????????

One girl with long hair in a ponytail seemed to be the only one who knew what she was doing - I actually felt really bad for her! She was great but the other two staff didn?t seem to know what they were doing sadly

I went with my work team to this sub shop, 3 members of my colleagues asked for a vegan salad box and one for a vegan meatball salad. First, I was charged £5 for what was 3 bits of lettuce, NO vegan chicken and top off 2 handfuls of Gherkins?? It was also swimming in sauce. I think I still have the photo somewhere. Not on really ruined my day. Should not offer vegan options, if we are going to be treated like this.
