I am a high school student and have been visiting this particular franchise regularly. The food is always great and a specific staff (a tall woman with blond hair who usually makes the subs) is always kind to not only me but everyone in the store. She is quite literally the reason why I haven?t given up on this place. However, after having multiple conversations with my peers about the prices we pay for our subs, I came to the realisation that they have been giving me and multiple other students in my year different prices for the same orders each time. An example of this is a friend of mine ordering a chicken tikka school sub on a Monday (chicken tikka day) and she was charged £2.85. However, when my friend and I returned the following Monday (on chicken tikka day) we were charged £3.69 for the very same sub we had previously payed £2.85 for. This has been going on for weeks now, with me myself even being charged more than what is usually meant to be. I felt uncomfortable arguing or questioning their choice of pricing as it felt disrespectful to do so but I have now had enough and being only a student still in high school, i cannot afford to continually be ripped off. I do hope that this issue will be addressed by subway franchise soon with a reasonable explanation. This is just a heads up to other high school students to know what they are to be charged before going there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We even left before we got our meals! There is this bitter, horrible worker Abdul that was supposed to be serving us today, and this is how our conversation played outAbdul: *puts little amount of chicken on one of sandwiches*Us: sorry but is that how much chicken is usually put on a sandwich?Abdul: yes it is if you want more you can pay extraUs: ok that?s fine we?ll have some extra and pay for it (in a completely calm, sophisticated tone)Abdul: I?d appreciate if you didn?t speak to me in that mannerUs: we were speaking to you with respect? You know what, cancel our order we?re leavingAbdul: *raising his voice* fine then leave!Us: you should treat your customers with respect. We?re writing a complaint *leave the shop*We have been going to this particular subway branch very frequently over the course of 8 years and this is the absolute worst service we have ever received and we may not come back unless something is done to resolve the issue.

I'm really disappointed and angry today. There is a waiter named James who works at this branch on Byres Road. His service attitude is really bad. He even said that his problem is the customer's problem. I always order from this restaurant. I won't go there anymore. . .

absolutely awful. Told me they didn?t sell wraps. FYI there do because they had it on their uber eats list. They were extremely unfriendly and rude. Do not recommend this subway at all. Call me a karen idc. Not to mention I?m autistic and the rushing of ordering made it even worse. Rather go the extra 10 minutes to a different subway.

The female server was rude, impatient and told me to hurry up with mg choice. Not exactly the experience i am sure Subway wants to provide for their customers. This happened on 23rd July at 12.10pm

It?s a tiny subway however has student discount and remains open till midnight so, it?s something students should be looking for.

Staff very slow on the counter too busy focusing on inconing online orders than serving customers in the store. Store tiny and was busy at the time i entered. Few customers left due to the waiting time.

Soggy hardly any steak all salad and bread will post a picture deliveroo are doing absolutely nothing so I expect this restaurant to call me and arrange replacement
