Came here for a quick dinner and would like to give the staff member that served us Ali a massive shout out. He was beyond warm and friendly and seems like a guy that really loves his job! Not to mention makes a banging sandwich. All the best!!

I asked for a packet of hashbrows me and my friends regularly getting some snacks from the subway but last day one guy with a beard rejected us snacks because he was not happy because we redeem our reward points to get the snacks .

extremely poor service and the staff who took my order asked me to repeat literally everything i said atleast twice. he seemed like he was elsewhere and i got tired of saying the same thing over and over again. the regular portion of crinkle wedges seemed to be so less and it came out real soggy. also when i asked him about the meal deal he seemed clueless. i was also supposed to also get a sauce with wedges but i wasnt even offered any. this is THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE BEEN TO

Very positive experience tonight. Staff member was great and handled the order perfectly. He offered all assistance possible and was perfectly friendly. Enjoyed the food and it was exactly what I expected and wanted.

Absolutely shocking service didn't even bother to wrap the sandwich just tossed on the counter and moved onto the only other customer in the store. Abysmal would give zero stars if possible

Google asked me if this Subway had changed. Nope. There was a dead insect on the table at the window today.The Argyle Street Subway is always under staffed with long queues. The tables are always dirty too. Poor show.

Poor service, I gave the girl with the scarf £10 for a charge of £7.19, the toaster started peeping and she ran to it without giving me the change! Took the sandwich to the vegetables area and served it till sauces and I went out forgetting completely about the change! I came back within 20minutes? She wasn?t there I waited 10 minutes until she appeared and No I gave you the money then, She said she put the change on the table and it?s my fault I didn?t take it? I told her when was then? She said I was talking on the phone! Then she said she put the money next to my phone. like jumping from word to word!So ; She did not put any money on the table and if she did she would have tell the customer ? this is your change and your receipt?!Second; she started accusing me that I took the money but I forgot taking it? + yelling at me with loud voice!?Other staff members told her to count the toll money so I agreed and stayed until she counted all the money in the till then she apologised and gave me the change saying ( I will give you the change just because you waited too long until I counted?) instead of apologising for not giving me the change at first or apologise for her attitude with the customer or making me wait all that long.Very bad experience.

Ordered pickup from ubereats, arrived at store who said it was ready only for it to be closed with a huge wooden plank covering the door! No one answering the phone either. 10 minutes of my lunch and my money wasted
