Found a way to beat parking restrictions, don't go. Stopped shopping altogether. Best diet ever. Works wonders for the waist line ? Another bonus being time saved eating opens new horizons for new hobbies. I can now look ? cow's, pigs, hens, lambs, fish, not so much fish in the face with a clear conscience.Regards Oor Welly ??

The staff are rude and don't know their jobs!

Long queues, 3 self checkout tills closed despite lots of customers waiting. When I politely asked why this was, I was told due to staff finishing their shift. The supervisor seemed a bit put out that I asked. All this on a Tuesday afternoon, can u imagine a Saturday.

seen lots of crying about parking fines, Tesco is like Any other supermarket even asda govan if you park in the tesco part of silverburn its 2hr free parking, that's more than enough time to go shopping for groceries, stops carpark getting full all day, if you want to shop at silverburn centre use the silverburn carpark its well posted, its lazy people that want to park near the front, why should I not get to park to go to tesco when drivers are using tesco carpark to shop in the centre

I am not waiting in those queues. Who thought building all those self service checkouts, then keeping them all closed was a good idea? I'll just keep going to Sainsburys, yes it's a bit more expensive, but they always have more checkouts open so I don't have to waste my time in lines.

Terrible self checkouts. Staff on them are rude and dismissive. Main checkouts mobbed. Also Tesco can you go and retrieve about 100 tesco trolleys abandoned in Brock Burn Pollok. Environmentally this is scandalous.

THE WORST customer service provided at silverburn tesco by staffs 0n 27th September 16:00 to 17:00. 3 female staff at the counter refused to sell a wine bottle even after providing an ID for my own purchase. All The female staf was rude and the reason was inappropriate!I was in rush! But would definitely like to hear from the management about the same. As the policy doesn?t say so that the person coming along needs to be carrying an ID and should be above 25 to purchase alcohol.Pls train the staff accordingly that if customer is proving his age legally right with valid physical ID according to the policy then why create a fuss during the purchase. Really Unhappy!

The staff at the tills need training on customer service and how to deal with a medical episode I was in with my partner and her assistance dog we were at the tills when the dog alerted to my partner she was starting to get unwell we asked if the barrier at a empty checkout could be opened so my partner could get a seat the very arrogant woman on the till said she couldn't open it and if she asked someone it would take forever so we had to move everyone at the open checkout for her and the dog to get through

Parked there for 7 minutes over the time lot charges £40 used a shady practice to try and get the price raised to £70

The section for tesco parking was bigger than I thought. I was sure I parked in the red zone turned out I didn't and got hit with a £70 parking fine. Before anyone says it's clearly sign posted I was 4 spaces away from the red zone which I was convinced I turned away from the tesco area. Anyway after paying the charge I decided never going to tecso again. No mean much to a massive company like them but so far I've spent around £300 in asda and morrisons this month instead and cancelled the home insurance with them. Every little helps ??

Having just returned from both Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis and Northern Ireland , I?m astounded at the variation in diesel fuel prices, between both islands and the mainland, mainly by Tesco and Sainsbury?s !I filled my car at Tesco Glasgow on Monday and paid £1.45p per litre , only to discover that Tesco in N. Ireland offer the same fuel at a whopping low price of £1.34p per litre and I hasten to add Tesco we?re not the cheapest by a long shot, as £1.32p per litre was on offer at numerous filling stations !I have contacted both Tesco and Sainsbury?s requesting their reasoning behind such increases being levied on the people of Glasgow, when the tankers travelling to the Islands have addition road and ferry charges, which should not warrant such price differences, I?m still awaiting the feeble ?EXCUSES? from Tesco and Sainsbury?sWhen one looks at the price difference per litre, it would appear relatively insignificant, mainly due to the EU changing the pricing structure from price per Gallon to Litres , however on this occasion the price differences are approximately 45 pence per Gallon , which in my mind both Tesco and Sainsbury?s cannot justify !It would appear that, this is nothing less than profiteering from the drivers living on the mainland. It?s time the drivers of Scotland stood up to these ?Fat Cats? and voted with their feet and supported their local independent filling station and perhaps a more even playing field would be adopted by these large multi national chains !I?ll certainly be looking at my trading with these supermarkets, as if they can inflate fuel prices that high on the mainland, what inflated prices are we ALL paying for food ?

very under staffed. We waited 30-40 miutes for breakfast but were given our coffee straight away which was almost finished when we got our food. The food was over cooked and luke warm. There seemed to be a just eat deliveries being done at the same time. We did not complain at the time but did ask how long our food would be, as we were hungry and had just arrived back form Spain on an early flight. Very disappointing wouls not reccomend anyone visit for food

Lucy the store?s general floor manager has got to have the WORST customer service skills Iv ever seen , wanted to place a complaint and she didn?t even want to listen just asked me to leave the store:) all I asked was the name of the security guard who took my dads photo on his personal mobile (a breach of data protection) as the security are not aloud to take photos on their own devices :) the security man on the door was lovely and tried to be helpful but I?m this case the ?general manager? was nothing but rude, my dad has been in the security industry for 17+ years and knows the rules you should maybe teach your own security the rules and regulations, for such a big branch your team are not trained very well and I would be embarrassed having someone like that as the ?general manager?
