Drinks order was taken swiftly enough to ensure we'd need another by the time our food arrived! To be honest most of us could have done with a top up by the time our food order was taken!? They didn't have some of the things we wanted to order and made no attempt to recommend something similar or help in any way! 4/5 of us had the sesame chicken as either a starter or a main and 1 of those orders was requested without chili flakes and every single lot of chicken came the same! No sign of sesame seeds so I don't know if the spice is mixed with those. We would have questioned it but no one came to ask if our food was okay or see if we needed anything.Really not impressed with this location, it's not our local and honestly we won't be back to this branch.

Hadn?t been for a while and the place is really run down. We had a booth which the seat was all ripped, toilets were really dirty. Staff really nice, food average and so expensive. £70 for 2 mains 2 kids mains 4 soft drink. Don?t think I?d go back. We would have the same average meals at McDonald?s for 1/4 of the price.

Very disappointed in my visit to TGIs at the Fort Glasgow today. With the choice of a very uninspiring vegetarian menu I asked for the halloumi burger. The waitress informed me that it was only available on the 2 course menu and that I could not have this on its own. She offered no solution to the problem. If I had not been with other people I would have walked out the resturant there and then. I eventaully ordered a starter only.To the management team, not only did this spoil a special lunch out with friends, but you have lost out on what should have been a dearer purchase for a main meal. I do not understand if something is available, why it could not have been sold at the price of a burger on the main menu. I hope for future you will have more forsight and compassion when dealing with the paying public. For me, I will not be returning and would not recommend your resturant to others.Vegetarian options: Poor options for vegetarian and related to meat I.e meatless chicken. Sorry as a vegetarian this is disgusting!!!

Steak wasnt good and small portions. 1 mushroom and 1 tomato next to a small tough steak. Didnt even give a steak knife so had to attempt with normal knife!. Then brought a stone cold cappucino at the end. Wont be back as this isnt the old TGI I remember. Has gone downhill.

Best Hot wings ever!! We also enjoyed their wall to wall chicken meal, it came with 4 different types of chicken. Service was brilliant and drinks were nice. They do special offers on cocktails at £6 Monday to Thursday.

This was our second time here, the floor was covered in food the same as the 1st time, food and crumbs on the seats and tables, when brought to the attention of the host she showed zero interest and had an attitude. The food was barley warm which was also brought to the servers attention and nothing was done about it along with floaters in the drinks. Thought that we would give it a second chance but never again. Dirty place !

Incredibly loud music, struggling to hear people I was with. Staff not as vigilant when looking to get assistance. Food was ok, but my friends steak did not seem fresh, however, my chicken strips were good.

Wee last minute dinner..the service was a bit confusing regarding the online promotions. Food arrived and for the cost I expected a bit more. Burger was decent but lack of fries left me still feeling hungry..

Fine really but very expensive for what you get. The berger was great and my granddaughter enjoyed her wraps.However I was extremely disappointed with my classic Rib choice. Size of Rib 3 bones so not even a half rack. An eggcup of slaw with no dressing. Size of meal is equal to fine dining yet this restaurant is anything but.Spent over £140 and I was ready for a fish supper afterwards.

The food was incredible, portions were MASSIVE, but staff made it very clear I could take away any leftovers (which were packaged extremely well). The service was quick, our servers were so lovely and kept checking in to ensure everything was okay.The only issue I had was that the main center seating area of the restaurant had like... Zero lighting. We sat down and realized it was dark enough that we struggled to read the menu, my stepmum had to turn the flash on her camera on to read hers, and a couple seated nearby us we heard ask if they could be moved elsewhere because it was so dark in the main section of the restaurant. There are small spotlights, but they're all facing slightly away from the tables, so very little light falls on them.

I'm actually not a fan of TGI Fridays. But I went here as it was quiet. The food was pretty good, I wanted the big meat platter but no ribs so went for the chicken version. Food was decent, the wait staff were spectacular and allowed us to move to a booth even though we were just two people. Will be

We were served by Jody who is an absolute asset to this business. Her friendliness and cheeriness were contagious. No request was too much trouble. She was happy to make menu recommendations and provided amazing service.

We gave it the benefit of the doubt after not a very good experience on my grandsons birthday meal last year... one year on and honestly.... it was worse than last year. The food was substandard, and there were items missing from everyone's meal, then the manager tried to blame the waiting staff. The only thing that was nice was the girl that served us she tried her best to sort what she could for us and was very friendly. Tgi has definitely gone downhill, and we won't be going back.Parking: Plenty of parking
