Delivery arrived on time and the scallops were fantastic. Best quality we've had outside of a restaurant. Can't wait to have the monk fish cheeks tommorow. Good value for what we got and will definitely be using them again.

The side of salmon that we ordered from you for Christmas was fantastic.The quality and flavour of the salmon we thought was the best we had ever had.The ordering and delivery service was really easy and clear so we knew what we were getting and it was delivered on the due date well packed preserving the beautiful fish in excellent condition.We will be back for more.

First time I had visited the Deli, staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the products, they also left me to browse. I bought 2 frozen meals which were delicious. I?ll definitely buy from here again.

This week?s special was monkfish piccata. It was delicious. Just had to pan fry the fish and heat the vegetables. Sauce was amazing! Generous portion too but we managed to finish it!Looking forward to seeing what?s on the menu next week??.?The Sutherlands

This was my first time using this company and it will be my last.I was expecting my seafood order to be delivered by 14th June. They delivered to an incorrect address and admitted as much. I had to chase them on several occasions for a resolution. Then a few days later, I was told that the delivery would be made by 23rd June. I waited all day at home and still no delivery was made.Do not trust these people.

Very happy with the price and quality of the fish.Very well prepared the filleting etc. The witch soles were very well done.I look forward to trying other new fish.Hot smoked salmon also very nice.

UPDATE: I did email the company when I received the order and received a response within a few hours. They explained the error with the sea bass was because a new member of staff had picked my order and given me the whole fish instead of the fillet. They have also taken on board the comment about the thickness of the tuna fillet and whether they should perhaps take the larger sides and halve them in order to make thicker fillets. They have offered me a discount on a future purchase and refunded the sea bass. As a result, I?ve revised my rating upwards to a 4, because the customer service response was excellent, and they at least seem willing to address things for the future. Should I order again, I?ll see whether a smoother experience justifies taking them up to the full five stars.My first order with this company and likely to be my last. If I order a fillet, I don?t want to receive a whole fish. I wanted a large fillet of sea bass to make sushi, so sending me a whole fish to fillet myself, that will only get me smaller fillets does not help me achieve what I wanted.Also, if you buy sushi grade tuna fillets from them, be prepared for them to arrived as a fairly thin slice: too thick for sashimi or sushi, but not thick enough to slice yourself to turn them into sushi or sashimi.So yes, I have fish. I will somehow have to make this work. But I am very unhappy with what I have been sent and the impact it will have on what was supposed to be a special birthday meal.

Great service from beginning to end. Online ordering was easy; follow up communications were excellent, both by phone and email; great quality produce; delivered well packaged and a day early, as the day I requested was a bank holiday.Will definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
