Went there for a 1-day job training as we used one of the rooms there. Seemed someone was playing a pipe next door as it sounded so lovely, yet distracting to our training.

The first place that we found in Scotland that was not very nice and actually a little rude when we came in. I did give two stars because they did not charge us for the museum. The museum is tiny and we were told when we arrived that another group was coming and so we only could be in there for less than 10 minutes. Turned out the other group was three people. So if you are going to go I suggest booking a pre-advanced tour or whatever it is they do. But it's a bit underwhelming as there's not much in there and not much in the gift shop either. This came up as one of the top places to see in Glasgow and I would recommend spending your time elsewhere unless you're really really really into bagpiping

Went for the wee Hogmanay. Would recommend. Kids loved it, dances explained in a simple way. Looking forward to this year.

We found the center among the recommended attractions. We reached the museum on foot from the center. The entrance fee is 2.5 pounds/person.The history of the bagpipes is presented in a small room. Hungarian bagpipes from Kecskemét can also be found at the exhibition. In a small room, we can get a lot of information about the history of the bagpipes. Here you can buy bagpipes and accessories. Teaching is taking place, the sound of bagpipes can be heard from rehearsal rooms, which makes the visit even more atmospheric. There is an opportunity to try the bagpipes, for a fee.Their website has everything for guests.

Recently attended a wedding reception at The National Piping Centre. It's a good venue and the staff were lovely. However a mini bottle of prosecco which is one glass costs £14 which is outrageous! This is the most I have ever been charged anywhere for a glass of prosecco and I don't know how they can justify this. Overall a good venue but don't drink prosecco if you go!

Would recommend this venue for any celebration! From the moment we booked this venue for a joint 30th/60th celebration, the staff at the Piping Centre were able to guide and support us in a confident, understated and friendly manner. The level of customer service was exceptional and we would have no hesitation in recommending this venue. When the auditorium was dressed for the event, it had a 'wow' factor about it! All of the guests in attendance were also extremely complimentary.

I loved finding out more about the history of bagpipes. And we were excited to get a little private concert as one of the employees was warming up before giving a tour!
