The friendliness and service of the staff here are good.And t-shirts with glass written on them are much better than other souvenir t-shirts.

I would have scored them a five if they had stock of even 1 of the three different shoes I wanted. The staff were absolutely spot on and great. Like the other store I was in next to them the vaping in such a small space was debilitating for me. Very sad situation when people are spreading Vape like they did cigarettes 30 years ago... humankind are moving backwards on addiction instead of forwards.

Went in store to purchase backpack. Took to counter, staff took 15mins to find code for bag for records. Then having left shop, the bag sets off alarm at every store I go into. Discover staff forgot to take off tag from bag, requiring another visit to store to have it removed. Staff quizzed me on receipt of purchase and only apologised for their error after confirmation I had purchased. So they basically were suggesting I stole the bag until otherwise proven. Train your staff better, have codes on all your products so you don't waste my time, check you have removed all security tags on purchase . Very very basic things

We heard that this was a brilliant place to experience good quality spirits and pints alike and it did not disappoint! We had a couple of unusual (but very tasty beers). We were looking to trial a few different Whiskys but weren't sure which options to go for as there was so much choice! The staff were partient and highly knowledgeable to help guide us to some fantastic new Whisky's to add to our growing list of favourites!

Food was okay, staff were either run off their feet or just not attentive but either way staff were not friendly or helpful. Whisky and drinks selection was amazing so it's an okay place to go.

Great old pub located in a nice area of Glasgow. Very good service and very good food and drink. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor tables. Very good selection of scotch and beer.
