Visited recently looking for some furniture. Found a good choice and with the help of one of the staff, Elaine, found and ordered exactly what we were looking for. She went out of her way to help and we can't thank her enough.

Had called store the night before to check stock levels of some candle holders and was assisted by lovely lady Leanne, went the next day to get my items and spoke to same lady who was very helpful, friendly and definitely knew her products she is an asset to "The Range", staff managers please take note! It was such pleasure having a staff member who actually wanted to help unlike some other stores who just don't care, thanx Leanne

Nice store quite new, let down by damaged sign outside, staff friendly and decent range of decor tools food etc, items reasonably priced and some really good buy on the diy stuff a lot of Wilko products very cheap fraction of the price of B&Q equivalent. Downside range of DIY stuff limited and store ambience not great lots of pallets boxes etc on aisles.

Great Store, very friendly and helpful lady called Leanne helped me find some things I needed for my daughter and even suggested a few things that I hadn?t thought of and ended up buying. I believe it?s currently being moved around for the Garden Furniture etc to be set up. I would say The Range needs a bit of a change in terms of stock. It?s a bit same same. Would be nice to have some unusual ornaments/decorative bits for the house. It?s kind of the same everywhere just now. The store is organised, clean and plenty parking outside. It?s never that busy inside so it?s not a pest to shop around in. Only problem is then you have a little wander and buy things you don?t need! :)

Shop itself is alright, but the staff just seem to be in a hurry to get home. A couple of times I have visited the store at 645pm...and from the second I have arrived until I have left, I have felt hurried over the PA system that the shop is closing at 8pm. By 730pm, staff members are coming up to you to say the store is closing. I am assuming that the staff aren't paid past 8pm, so they want to make sure everybody is out 15 minutes early so they can shut the shop. Not a pleasant shopping experience as the customer is made to feel like a hindrance to the staff.

Great range of products at reasonable prices. As a former Wilko customer its nice to see Wilko products for sale at The Range.
