The name sounds grander than it is in reality. The centre is rather small with a TESCO, Costa, and a couple of smaller shops. The toilets close at 5pm. The parking place is quite spacy.

I'm so disappointed to learn that the regent centre cleaning staff lock the doors of the toilets and go home with the keys, leaving just the disabled toilet open. Staff at the centre said this was due to children coming in and making a mess of the toilets.
Would it not make sense to keep the cleaners there until the centre closes so customers can use the advertised facilities?
I had to leave my son in a dirty nappy until I got home, as the staff didn't have the keys to let me use the baby changing facility, so now he's sore, and all because you don't want to pay staff to clean right up until closing?

A clean and looked after centre most units are filled and feels more welcoming than some of the other more empty ones around.
