Visited today re potential upgrade and manager initially helpful. Was introduced to a male advisor who was unable to help due to a glitch at head office end and refused to call them. Basically as not a easy sale so wasnt interested ! I spent some time calling three and the info in store was not what they said and a 5 min call would have got him the sale. Avoid as zero customer service and likely no aftercare

If you want to get a replacement from this store, don't! I went to get a replacement for a new sim I ordered online and never received and the store manager and a staff member named Kyle sold me a new sim saying they can't issue replacement sims, which is a lie according to the Three customer services. The store staff assured that they cancelled the previous contract, which is a lie again according to the customer services because a store cannot cancel a contract if they didn't sell it there. Customer services told me there has been no contact whatsoever from the store to cancel the previous contract and there is no proof that the store contacted them. So all they wanted was to make a sale without issuing me a replacement sim. My fault for believing store staff. I had to go through all this trouble and waste my time to get the previous contract cancelled, and cost me £14 for a sim that I never even activated. So watch out as all they want is to make new sales rather than actually do what they are supposed to do.

Quite possibly the most incompetent company on Earth. 18 months and seven emails, they still just ignore them and won't update my address or correct my date of birth. They also won't take the proof of address over the phone or in store, only by email, which they ignore.Because they won't correct my address, they sent my final bill to the wrong address (thankfully it is my final bill, so I don't have to deal with this god awful company much longer). Stay far away from this company!!!

The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly. No question or query was too big, sorted everything out for me within a half hour and helped me to get the best deal for my phone and plan!
