I am a 3 customer and was having a wee bit of a problem today Sunday 19th November with my sim/phone that I didn?t understand (as I?m not very savvy with tech ) so I popped into the Glasgow Fort shop for advice, and the assistant manager Mark (I think his name was) couldn?t be anymore helpful, pleasant, well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for him. He sorted my problem out to my relief. So I just want to say if all your staff are like Mark you?re way in front with customer service?Thanks Mark?Marie 3 customer ?

Pathetic customer service over the phone, could not discuss the package deal, told me I would need to come into store? , I've called other three stores and they had no issues giving me prices over the phone, this store just do not know how to provide customer service, AVOID

Superb service!Came in today after having spent half the day trying to upgrade via app, chat, and phone, but never got the confirmation email or the documents to sign.The guys in the shop were super helpful and quick to solve my issue, I even got a little extra for the trouble I?d had.All three assistants I met were very polite and good humoured, I even got to speak a bit Welsh! They treated both the customers and each other respectfully and friendly.Definitely my favourite Three-store from today on!

Disappointed and a waste of a visit. Like to do business local and not on the phone to India hence the visit. Met by 2 people at the door, felt uncomfortable. Staff member that dealt with me was called "in training"I have a contract coming to an end soon (also have another contract with three), wanted to find out about data usage, seemed like a real faff. Security text sent to other phone, although I produced photo driving licence and could verify my identity. Unsure if this a new way of doing things but having been a three customer for ages the old way is easier and much quicker.

After a terrible experience with 02 and ordering a phone online, my partner and I nipped into this Three shop and were assisted by Craig and his manager. From start to finish, we felt we were in very knowledgeable and capable hands with Craig and he made the process so enjoyable and lovely that we were in until close. A real asset to the company and delivering service to a customer who had previously sworn off contract phones. I will be a three customer for life now after such a fantastic experience. Thanks again Craig and team!

Bad deals, they'll try to take as much off your pocket as possible.Bad service, bad connectivity and slowish network.Bad company's policy!Been offered to make phonecall over wi-fi solutions.When I want to make a call I need cellular network not internet.Simple as that

My husband and i had the best customer service in 3 mobile store at the fort with Alistair who was friendly and very helpful to us explaining everything about the new phones we had chosen and also keeping withkng our budget .
