Didn't end up buying anything here, but have a good selection of tiles and staff were very friendly and helpful. Did not encounter the worker who has caused problems mentioned in previous reviews.

A member of staff was very awkward, I asked him to show me some tiles he replied very rudely and didn't even show me where the tiles were. He was wearing glasses.
