If you like standing for 20 minutes + in a queue as 3 of the 4 bank staff present either stand and chat to each other or random people also queuing they seemed to know, when I questioned the teller apparently they were all too busy helping customers who I can only assume did not exist!
After a 20 minute delay in the queue the teller was not very happy to receive my feedback, guess she was stressed as well, :-)
