Badly run bank branch where the staff seem in no hurry to attend to customer service. Four terminals available and yet only one put into action serving one customer that took 20 mins of time whilst other member of staff made no attempt to open another cashier terminal to ease the pressure. Absolutely undesirable service standards with no regard for customer service.

Open on a Saturday, but they don?t have any cashier on a Saturday I?ve been told, if you want pay money in you can?t more than 2.5k and have to use machine the rest putting in a bag and they will put into your bank account after couple days. Seems like laziness as there is 3 people of staff but having a laugh and drinking coffee.

Quite possibly the worst bank in the UK. Online banking is disastrous and the lack of branches makes banking so labouring.

Great bank staff are so at ease in thier jobs.Have an issue at moment about a bank card that hasn't arrived still and that's now [4] four weeks,without same card.Not good enough!!!I'm thinking of changing my bank due to same problem.

Is this branch ever open or have staff on the counters. Turned up on a Saturday morning only to be told we don't have bank tellers on a Saturday, what's the point of opening up the branch?. Was going to go to the branch on a Friday afternoon only to see online that the branch closes at 1pm, think its time to change banks.

While waiting in the queue I witnessed the male cashier behind the counter racially slur an elderly Asian lady. She was wanting to open an account but he was extremely rude and aggressive towards her. When she walked away , the male cashier turned to his female colleague and mimicked the Asian lady saying "I don't have a passport" in a Pakistani accent. Absolutely disgraceful.

It's a bank, does the job
